Our vendors are at the heart of the Toronto Medals and Military Show and are a big part of what makes each show so special. Vendor Information
1 / Vendor Booking
All vendor bookings and show-related arrangements must be made directly through the official Show email cmhctoronto@hotmail.com or via phone with the TMS organiser.
Your booking is only considered confirmed once it has been recorded and confirmed via email.
2 / Tables & Displays
Table size: Large 8-foot tables
Vendors are welcome to bring their own table coverings, show cases, signage, racks, and display materials. If you require additional space for racks or special displays, please let us know when booking.
TMS does not rent show cases.
For current rates, please contact us.
3 / Helpers
You’re welcome to bring helpers to assist at your table during the show. Please let us know the number of helpers when booking so we can include them in your arrangements.

Show Day Information
1 / Setup & Arrival
4+ Tables: 6:15 AM
1–3 Tables: from 6:30 AM
Setup completed by: 8:00 AM
Please allow sufficient time for unloading, parking, check-in, and setup.
2 / Unloading & Parking
Vendor unloading is located at the northeast side of the building, near the staff parking lot.
Vehicles may pull up temporarily for unloading. Once unloaded, please move your vehicle to the visitor parking lot or park along the side of the parking lot road.
Please note: The staff parking lot and emergency access routes must remain clear at all times. Parking restrictions are enforced, and parking tickets may be issued.
3 / Visitor Entry
Early Birds: approx. 7:15 AM
General public entry: 8:30 AM
Last public admission: 12:30 PM
4 / Show Closing
Show closes: 1:30 PM
To ensure the best experience for our visitors, vendors have to remain fully set up until 1:30 PM.
If you have a special circumstance that requires an earlier departure, please contact us before booking so we can discuss possible arrangements.
